  • Dr Lambert E. Ezeajugh

    Dr Lambert Ezeajugh PhD (Civil Engineering), MIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ, APEC Engineer, MCOREN, doubles as the company Director and Lead Design Engineer. He has over 25 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering practice with expertise covering a range of geotechnical engineering and geology disciplines. Before joining Ground Environments, Lambert was a Principal Engineer with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) where he spent over 10 years. He has a vast amount of knowledge in TMR specifications and Standards relevant to civil and geotechnical engineering practice.

    He made significant contribution to the development of TMR Geotechnical Design Standard and has successfully managed consultants while at TMR. His major strengths are in Geotechnical investigation and design for bridge foundations – prestressed concrete (PSC) or cast-in-place piles, shallow foundations, cut / fill embankment design including reinforced embankments and soil nailed slopes, soft soil improvement and ground modification, slope remedial works using soft measures (drainage improvement), to the use of piling for managing active slides.

  • Dr Edem Berdie

    Dr Edem Berdie PhD (Geotechnical Engineering), FIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ is a Practice Leader specialist subconsultant to the company. Edem has over 45 years-experience in geotechnical and civil engineering practice. His key areas of expertise are in Ground investigation and geotechnical design covering earthworks, development on hillside slopes, slope stabilisation, ground improvement, geotechnical design on marginal ground, large scale residential and commercial development, construction management and supervision.

  • Engr Mori Levi

    Engr. Mori Levi B. Sc (Hons) (Civil Engineering), MIEAust and fully accredited in Slope Risk Assessment. Mori is a subconsultant to the company with over 15 years’ experience in Civil Geotechnical engineering practice. Mori’s main role is undertaking geotechnical site investigation with substantial experience. He assists with project management, logistics and well as supporting the team.

  • Mrs Uchechi (Uche) Unigwe

    Uche holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences, Master in Geophysics and Master of Arts in Leadership. Uche has experience in ground investigation including visual classification and logging as well as Wastewater design for residential allotments. Uche looks forward to expanding her knowledge and ability in engineering practice with emphasis in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.

  • Engr Osura Perera

    Engr Osura is a Graduate engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Osura has experience in ground investigation including visual classification and logging. He has a lot of interest in the design of retention systems - gabion walls, boulders walls etc. and in Slope remedial works. Osura looks forward to expanding his knowledge and ability in practice with emphasis in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
